Why this is a practice and not a product.
Automation software is a crowded market and most of it is sold by the seat. That model needs a platform, a platform needs a lock, and a lock is the thing an operations team regrets three years later when the person who configured it has left and nobody can read what it does.
WORKFLOW AI SOLUTIONS LTD is set up the other way round. We sell an engagement: a stated number of weeks, a stated deliverable at each step, and an ending. The automation is built on infrastructure you already have or can buy directly, and it stays in your accounts when we stop. There is nothing to renew and nothing to migrate off.
The honest consequence is that our credibility has to rest on how we work rather than on how many customers we have, because in August 2026 the company is six months old and has no trading record to show you. So the site publishes the method in full, the durations we plan against, the technologies we build on and the work we refuse. You can judge all of that before you spend anything.
A young firm that says it is young reads as candid. A young firm caught implying otherwise reads as neither young nor honest.

No number of clients, teams, seats or users appears anywhere on this site, because any figure we published today would be a decoration rather than a fact.
Hours saved and return figures
We publish no time saved, cost saved or payback claim. Those numbers are properties of a specific process at a specific organisation and can only be measured after the parallel run, in your data, with your volumes.
Client names, logos and testimonials
None appear. If a client ever agrees in writing to be named, we will name them and say when the work was done. Until then the space stays empty rather than filled with borrowed marks.

Certifications, badges and uptime
No certification badge, no audit report, no uptime percentage and no service level figure appears on this site. We operate no service on your behalf, so we have no uptime to quote.

Where a build needs a skill the practice does not hold, we will say so and either decline the work or name the contractor we intend to bring in before you agree to anything.
How an engagement is priced
There is no price list on this site, no published day rate and no pricing page, because a fair figure depends on the process, the number of exception paths and the state of the systems it touches. All of that is unknown until the review.
The review itself is quoted as a fixed fee before it starts. If we cannot describe what you will receive for it in a sentence, we have not thought about it hard enough to charge for it.
Where the work happens
The practice operates from London and works remotely with clients across the United Kingdom. Site visits during the process review are usually worth the travel, because the informal steps that break automations are the ones nobody writes into a process document.
What happens after handover
Support after handover is a separate written arrangement, agreed in advance or not at all. We will not leave you assuming a retainer exists when it does not, and we will not let a workflow you own depend on our answering an email.
The measure of a good handover is that you never need to call us again.
